RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
We try to get your order right the first time. But if you need a different size we are happy to exchange it or return it for store credit. All merchandise must be returned for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note the following exceptions to our exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use in order to receive an exchange
- Exchanges can be made unless the item is sold out. If the item is sold out you can choose to keep your item or receive store credit / refund
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Glass ie: pipes, bongs, dab rigs etc
To complete your return for an exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where no returns for an exchange will be granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges on damaged items:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 501 W. Channel Islands Blvd, Suite 302, Port Hueneme, CA, 93041, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: HPC 501 W. Channel Islands Blvd, Suite 302, Port Hueneme, CA, 93041, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
